Service Terms
These terms govern access to Jalixa websites, dashboards, automations, communications, and related implementation services. The legal provider name, governing state, business address, and formal notice address will be inserted after entity formation.
Services and scope
Your checkout order identifies the plan, implementation work, add-ons, usage allowances, initial commitment, and recurring price. Features requiring third-party providers, verification, hardware, regulated-data agreements, or customer cooperation begin only after those requirements are satisfied. Work outside the selected scope requires separate online approval.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, lawful content, required permissions and consents, secure account access, and timely onboarding materials. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions, legal compliance, customer communications, advertising claims, taxes, and the accuracy of data entered into Jalixa.
Availability and changes
Jalixa may improve or replace features while preserving the material value of the purchased service. Planned maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, misuse, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Service credits, when offered, are the customer’s exclusive remedy for qualifying availability issues unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their submitted content and business data. Jalixa retains ownership of its platform, templates, code, workflows, documentation, designs, and general know-how. Fully paid custom deliverables are licensed or transferred only as stated in the applicable order.
Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Recurring plans
Starter has a 3-month initial commitment, Growth has a 6-month initial commitment, and Pro has a 12-month initial commitment. After that period, plans continue month-to-month until cancelled online. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Fees already charged are not prorated or refunded except for duplicate charges, Jalixa billing errors, inability to deliver the purchased service, or where required by law.
Implementation fees
Implementation fees are refundable before onboarding or production begins. Once planning, configuration, design, content, development, data work, or provider setup begins, the fee is non-refundable. If Jalixa ends an engagement without delivering earned work, Jalixa will refund the unearned portion.
Seven-day launch promise
A customer may request cancellation within seven days of initial purchase and receive the first monthly subscription payment back if the workspace has not launched and the service has not been substantially used. Implementation fees remain subject to the work-started rule above.
Usage and overages
Usage beyond included allowances is billed at the published rate. Carrier, registration, hardware, international, premium-number, processor, advertising, and third-party pass-through charges may apply when clearly disclosed before activation.
Online cancellation
Customers will be able to cancel recurring service through their online account. Until account billing is activated, cancellation requests may be sent to info@jalixa.co. Jalixa will send confirmation and stop future renewals subject to any active initial commitment.
Privacy Notice
Jalixa collects information customers provide through assessments, onboarding, support, billing, and platform use; technical and usage data needed to secure and operate the service; and transaction details received from payment providers. Jalixa uses this information to provide, personalize, secure, support, analyze, and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Jalixa may use vetted service providers for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, security, and AI processing. They may process information only as needed to provide contracted services. Jalixa does not sell customer business data. Data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with customer direction.
Jalixa keeps data only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legitimate business records, dispute prevention, security, and legal obligations. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing info@jalixa.co. Some records may be retained when legally required.
Payment-card details will be collected and stored by the payment processor rather than Jalixa. Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, full payment credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive regulated data through ordinary forms, chat, or email.
Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use Jalixa for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, or dangerous activity; unsolicited communications; credential theft; malware; security testing without written authorization; evasion of carrier or platform rules; or content prohibited by applicable communications providers.
Customers must obtain required consent for calls, texts, recordings, email marketing, reviews, and automated communications; honor opt-outs; and follow applicable advertising, telemarketing, privacy, employment, and industry rules. Jalixa may limit or suspend activity that threatens customers, providers, the platform, deliverability, or legal compliance.
Regulated and Sensitive Data
Standard Jalixa plans are not automatically configured for HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS, FERPA, government records, or other regulated-data obligations. A business that handles protected health, financial, education, identity, or similarly sensitive information must identify those requirements during onboarding.
Regulated workflows may require a separate security review, data-processing terms, business associate agreement, specialized providers, access controls, retention settings, and additional pricing. No regulated data should be uploaded until Jalixa confirms the appropriate configuration and required agreements in writing.
